Powder Plant:- 4 stage iron phosphating, sizes 4m x 1.8 m x 1.2m


 

Wet Paint Plant:- 2 pressure booths with controlled atmosphere, 2 water washed spray booths, 1 box oven.

Inspection Department:- Full test equipment, masking and demasking facilities.

Transport:- Two 7.5 tonne curtain sided trucks, 7m x 2.4m x 2.4m.

Processes:- Powder Coating, Nylon Coating, Phosphating, Stove Enamelling, RFI Shielding, Ministry Application, Zinc Spraying, Sand Blasting, Paint Stripping, Silk Screening, Alocrom.
